About
Jeremy J. Ford is an entertainment journalist in Los Angeles, CA. He obtained a B.A. in Broadcast Communications from Chicago State University and an M.F.A. from Loyola Marymount University in film and television. He has written three screenplay's and directed two feature films. The documentary, "Road 2 Sturgis" and the 16mm narrative, "Mischievous Souls". He also executive produced, directed and hosted the reality television show, "Street Kings" which airs May 2015 on the REV'N network.
The screenplay "Last American Lynching" was written after he committed to a three week retreat. He was inspired to write the project after attending the African American Film Critics Awards. After weeks of research and a commitment to create his most passionate project to date, Jeremy J. Ford believes, "This is a story that is not only relevent in today's time, but one that deserves to be told".
